The idea of the mural was to transform interior objects into a part of an artwork. The lamp became one of central elements and create an image "butterflies flying to the light".
You can see two sides of the mural: colorful forest during the day and "ghost" shapes at the night.
Work in process
The result
First option was to use luminescent paints to make shapes visible in the darkness, but due to lack of day light it didn't give expected effect of brightness. The next attempt was adding fluorescent paint and an ultraviolet lamp to make picture more visual and understandable.
